KMMA fight team exceeded expectations today at the U.M.A tournament down the coast. Today was two of our new members first experience at a tournament, Kallen & Jai competed very well & made the club & parents really proud. Blake from our MMA STARS kids class performed above expectations & gained himself a third place in his sparring event. His brother Kyle fought with great spirit to gain a second place in his sparring event. Talented sisters Ava & Lyla performed well again with Ava coming away with 2×3rd places for kata & sparring. Lyla achieved 3rd place invite her events as well. Tyson after lots of hard work & and tying for 3rd place twice finally came away with the 3rd place.Sempai Ella had a great day coming away with first place in her kata & sparring, her sister Senpai Miya had a hard fought second place in the brown to black belt kata division. Sempai Marc cruised through to win first place with an outstanding performance in the adult under brown belt sparring division.
